My passion for operationalizing the vision of a company has shaped my roles, the way I break down challenges, and my personality.
My passion lies in nurturing talent and building scalable infrastructure, systems, and processes that empower technology companies to evolve from their startup roots to full maturity. With 30 years of experience, I possess a wealth of expertise in orchestrating various disciplines to optimize SaaS operations, enhance customer relationships, and successfully integrate acquisitions.
Prior to founding Grale Advisors, I served as a pivotal member of the executive team at LifeSpeak Inc., a digital wellness platform that achieved remarkable milestones during my tenure. LifeSpeak went public with $53 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), boasted a 90% operating margin, and sustained a 38% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) from when I joined. My journey at LifeSpeak started by spearheading operations for the original business that was successfully IPO'd in 2021. Subsequently, I assumed the role of Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing crucial domains such as infrastructure, security, privacy, knowledge management, and legal. My purview extended across multiple cross-functional areas, including Account Management, Engineering, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, and internal infrastructure. In addition, I led the post-merger consolidation and integration of operations for four distinct acquisitions, managed client contract negotiations, and addressed critical data privacy concerns.
Before my tenure at LifeSpeak, I was Vice President and General Manager at Epsilon Data Management, now part of Publicis Groupe. My responsibilities ranged from managing enterprise account portfolios to pioneering new service lines and immersing myself in the dynamic realm of data and technology in marketing. Before my role at Epsilon, I dedicated eight years to Andersen Consulting, formerly Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. During this period, I led client engagements focused on customer service and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for renowned clients such as AT&T, Lucent, 3M, and Iomega.
